What is the difference between D971X and D941X?

D971X represents the electric actuated concentric wafer type butterfly valve:

D is for butterfly valve, 9 is for electric actuated, 7 is for wafer type butterfly valve, 1 is for concentric structural butterfly valve, X is for resilient rubber lined.

Due to the short structural length of electric concentric wafer butterfly valve, it is suitable for installation in narrow space or a position with a small pipe distance at both ends. 

D941X represents the electric actuated concentric flange butterfly valve:

D is for butterfly valve, 9 is for electric actuated, 4 is for flange end connection, 1 is for concentric structure, X is for resilient rubber lined. Flange type electric actuated butterfly valve is more convenient to install, there is no need to provide flanges, just bolt the flanges of the butterfly valve to the flanges in the pipeline. The sealing performance of flange type electric actuated butterfly valve is better than that of the wafer type electric actuated butterfly valve. 

When other parameters are the same, the price of the electric flange type butterfly valve is higher than that of the electric wafer butterfly valve; however, for a specific price we should consider the valve body material, the material of the accessories of the butterfly valve, the technical parameter of the butterfly valve and the parameter of the electric actuator;
