The flow channel, disc plate, valve stem and all parts contacting with medium of flange butterfly valve are fully lined with PTFE, which has good acid resistance and corrosion resistance. the concentric flange PTFE lined butterfly valve is using the handle lever or hand wheel mechanism on the top of the butterfly valve to rotate, and pushes the valve stem to drive the disc plate to rotate to complete the switch and adjustment of the flange butterfly valve.

Concentric flanged PTFE lined butterfly valve is suitable for various concentration of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants(with temperature 50-150℃), and also suitable for various concentrations of strong alkalis. It is used in pipelines of organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid mediums, and has good anti-corrosion performance, which is more popular in the selection of anti-corrosive valves.
