How to select a telescopic butterfly valve: 

Telescopic butterfly valve can be divided into two types in structure: concentric type telescopic butterfly valve and eccentric type telescopic butterfly valve. With different operating device used, It is also divided into worm gear box operated telescopic butterfly valve, pneumatic actuated telescopic butterfly valve, electric actuated telescopic butterfly valve. With different sealing material used, there are soft sealing telescopic butterfly valve and metal hard sealing telescopic butterfly valve. Soft sealing telescopic butterfly valves are generally used in clean water with temperature T≥80℃, and pipelines without corrosion. Hard sealed telescopic butterfly valves are usually used on steam heat conduction pipes with temperature T≥425℃. Therefore, when selecting a telescopic butterfly valve,it is necessary to clarify the medium, temperature, pressure,etc, so that a proper selection can be made.
