For traditional gate valves, there are some weaknesses, like fluid leakage, internal corrosion,etc. This resilient soft seal gate valve adopts the novel structure design, strict manufacturing technology, and new materials, which overcomes the defects of traditional gate valves and has reliable sealing performance, long service life, and is easy and convenient to operate and maintain.
Characteristics of DIN F5 gate valves:
1. overall rubber coated. Ductile iron gate valve has characteristics of overall rubber coated, great sealing Performance, accurate physical dimensions, which can guarantee the zero leakage, long service life, and small flow resistance.
2. light weight. The valve body and valve deck are made of ductile iron, which is light in weight, safe and reliable, easy to install.
3. corrosion resistant. The inside of the valve body is coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, which is anti-corrosive and rust resistant. That kind of gate valve not only can be used for drinking water piping line systems,also can be used for wast water delivery pipe line systems.
4. Triple seal. There are triple O-type sealing rings used for valve stem, which has small frictional resistance, and is easy to open and close.
