Brief Introduction of all-welded ball valve:

Q361F type all-welded ball valve(PN1.6-PN2.5) are widely used in many kind of industries, which has unique quality and stability which the general cast steel ball valves couldn’t reach. And also the working life of all welded ball valve is longer than cast steel ball valve.

Characteristics of all-welded ball valve:

1. there is no external leaking for all welded ball valve. The whole fabricating process will be tracked and inspected through digital detector to guarantee the high-precision of the ball body.
2. Because the valve body has the same material with the pipes, so there is no shape change when the earthquake happens or the car is passing.
3. The sealing ring is using the RPTFE material with 25% Carbon to guarantee zero-leaking.
