What are the advantages of wafer butterfly check valve? 

Wafer butterfly type check valve is one check valve, which is an automatic valve, and is often installed in the water supply and drainage pipeline system. This wafer check valve can open and close the valve door correspondingly according to the changes of the fluid medium in the pipeline system, so as to avoid the phenomenon of reverse flow in the pipeline. It is also called one way valve, non return valve, cut off valve, and back pressure valve.

1. the wafer check valve adopts the wafer type connection method, and its face to face length is shorter. For the check valves with same diameters, the face to face structural length of wafer butterfly check valve is only about 1/4 of that of the flange check valve, which is more suitable for installation in pipelines with limited space. 
2. Compared with swing check valve and silencing check valve, the wafer check valve is small in size, light in weight, and easy to disassemble, install and maintain. 
3. When the medium stops flowing, the two disc door of the wafer check valve will close quickly, the water hammering pressure is small, the closing stroke is short, and the impact force on the check valve plate is small. 
4. The installation of the wafer check valve is not limited. The butterfly wafer type check valve is a one-way valve. When installing, the flow direction of the medium should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the check valve body. The butterfly check valve can be installed on either a horizontal pipeline or a vertical pipeline; 
5. The valve disc of the butterfly type check valve is sensitive to open and close, and the sealing material of the wafer check valve is rubber material, which has a good sealing performance. 
6. Wafer butterfly type check valve is sprayed with epoxy resin plastic power, the wafer check valve is more corrosion-resistant, has longer service life and better stability.
