Advantages of soft sealing butterfly valves: 

1. soft seal butterfly valve is small in size and light in weight, easy to disassemble and maintain, can be installed in any position; 

2. The valve disc of the soft sealing butterfly valve can be sprayed with different coating according to customer’s requirements, such as nylon or PTFE; 

3. The soft sealing butterfly valve has a simple and compact structure, small operating torque, and can be opened quickly with rotating only 90°. 

4. The flow characteristics of soft sealing butterfly valve tend to be straight, and its adjustment performance is great; 

5. The soft sealing butterfly valve can be operated by manual lever handle, worm gear box, electric actuator, or pneumatic actuator; 

6. The connecting between the disc and the valve stem in soft sealing butterfly valve can adopt a pinless structure, which can overcome the possible internal leakage; 

7. The sealing component in the soft sealing butterfly valve can be replaced, and its sealing performance is reliable and can achieve bidirectional sealing;
