Introduction of differential pressure bypass valve:
The 800X differential pressure bypass valve is composed of a main valve, a differential pressure control pilot valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a micro filter and a pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control system. Through the specially designed pilot valve control room, the pressure change signal is compared, the main valve opening signal is output, and the main valve opening is controlled, thereby controlling the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the main valve to the set value.
This product uses hydraulic power to achieve self-control, and does not need any devices and energy. It is easy to maintain.

How the differential pressure bypass valve works:
When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve changes, the pressure difference between the nozzle A and the nozzle B changes. This pressure difference acts on both sides of the pilot valve diaphragm through the nozzle to change the opening of the pilot valve. When the pressure difference is large, the opening degree of the pilot valve is large, the amount of water discharged from the control room through the C pipe increases, the pressure in the control room of the main valve decreases, the opening of the main valve increases, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve decreases. On the contrary, if the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve becomes smaller, the opening of the pilot valve becomes smaller, the pressure in the control room of the main valve rises, which pushes the opening of the main valve to decrease and increases the pressure difference of the main valve. This negative feedback effect stabilizes the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the main valve at the set value. The pressure difference between the main valve inlet and outlet can be set by setting the needle valve opening and the pilot valve spring pressure.
