The slow closing silencing check valve is composed of a main valve, an one-way valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a micro filter and a pressure gauge to form a hydraulic control takeover system. Using hydraulic automatic operation, the main valve can get the ideal opening or closing speed, preventing the generation of water hammer and water attack, to achieve the effect of slow closing and silencing. The slow closing silencing check valve uses the water force to achieve self-control, does not require other devices and energy. It is easy to maintain and opens and closes slowly and smoothly.

How slow closing silencing check valve works:
When the valve feeds water from the inlet end, the water enters the main valve control room through the micro filter, needle valve and one-way valve, and then drains to the downstream through the ball valve. Because the opening degree of the needle valve is smaller than that of the ball valve, that is the drainage speed of the main valve control room is greater than the water inlet speed, so the pressure in the control room decreases, and the inlet pressure acting on the lower end of the main valve disc opens the main valve to supply water downstream. When the pipeline stops supplying water, if the downstream water starts to flow back, part of the back-flow water enters the main control room through the ball valve. Due to the action of the one-way valve, the back-flow water cannot flow out from the main control room, causing the main control room to gradually increase the pressure and slowly close the main valve.
