Brief Introduction of two piece ball valve:

The two piece ball valve has the action of rotating 90 degrees, the cock body is a sphere and there is a circular through hole or channel passing through its axis. The ball valve is mainly used to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. It only needs to be rotated 90 degrees and a small torque can achieve tight closure. Two piece ball valve and three piece ball valve are one new type of valve that have been used widely in recent years.

Characteristics of two piece ball valve:

1. the fluid resistance is small, and the full-bore ball valve has almost no flow resistance.
2. Simple in structure, small in size, light in weight.
3. Convenient to operate, rapid to open and close, rotating 90 degree can achieve full opening and closing, easy to control from a distance.
