What is a rubber disc check valve?

Rubber disc check valve(Model No is H44X(SFCV)) is mainly composed of three main parts: valve body, valve cover(bonnet), rubber valve disc.

The rubber flap in the check valve is made of steel plate, steel rod, and reinforced nylon cloth as the backing, and the outer layer is covered with rubber, and the rubber valve disc can be open and closed for more than 1 million times.

H44X series of rubber disc check valve adopts full flow area design, which has the characteristics of small head loss, not easy to accumulate debris, and easy to maintain.

H44X series of rubber disc check valve is mainly suitable for horizontal installation of water supply and drainage system. Rubber disc check valve can be installed at the water outlet of the water pump to prevent back flow and water hammering from damaging the sump pump.

H44X series of rubber disc check valve can also be installed on the bypass pipe of the water inlet and outlet pipes of the reservoir to prevent the back flow of pool water into the water supply system.

Rubber disc check valve is generally suitable for clean mediums, not suitable for medium containing solid particles and high viscosity.
