About Grooved fire fighting butterfly valve-Belo

Grooved fire fight butterfly valve, also called fire fighting butterfly valve, grooved butterfly valve, fire protection butterfly valve, is an important device for industrial and construction pipeline control. Grooved fire fighting butterfly valve is composed of valve body, valve disc and operating actuator. Among them, the grooved fire fighting signal butterfly valve has the advantages of simple structure, reliable sealing and easy opening, long service life and easy to maintain. Working principle of grooved fire fighting butterfly valve: 

1. the valve stem and plate are driven by the worm gear actuator to rotate to open and close the butterfly valve to control the flow; 

2. Turn the hand wheel clockwise to close the butterfly valve, so that the butterfly plate can open and close and adjust the flow; 

3. There are two forms of micro-switches in the worm gear box: 

3.1. there are two micro switches for opening and closing in the transmission box which act respectively when the butterfly valve is fully opened and closed, and connecting the ON/OFF in the control to accurately display the valve opening and closed state; 

3.2. there is a micro-switch in the transmission box( the full close position of the butterfly plate is 0°). when the butterfly plate is in the position of 0-40°, the micro-switch will act, and the valve closing signal will be output; when the butterfly plate is in the 40-90°position, other pair normally closed can output the valve-opening signal, the cam of the micro-switch can be adjusted to display the different positions of the butterfly plate;
