How to install a rubber disc check valve? 

Rubber disc check valve is mainly composed of three main parts: valve body, bonnet, rubber valve disc. 

Rubber disc check valve adopts full flow area design, which has the characteristics of small head loss, not easy to accumulate debris, and easy to maintain. 

Rubber disc check valve is usually used for horizontal water supply and drainage system. Rubber disc check valve can be installed at the water outlet of the water pump to prevent back flow and water hammering from damaging the sump pump. 

Rubber disc check valve can also be installed on the bypass pipe of the water inlet and outlet pipes of the reservoir to prevent the back flow of pool water into the water supply system. 

Installation of rubber disc check valve: 

1. Do not put weight on the check valve in the pipeline, and the large diameter check valves should be supported independently, so that the check valve won’t be affected by the pressure generated by the pipeline system. 
2. When installing the rubber disc check valve, make sure that the direction of the medium flow should be consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the valve body. 
3. Lifting vertical flap check valve should be installed on vertical pipes. 
4. The lifting type horizontal disc check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipelines.
