How ball type check valve works? 

Ball type check valve is one widely used check valve, which is designed with multi ball, multi flow channel and multi cone onverted fluid structure. It is mainly composed of front and rear valve bodies, rubber ball, cone-shaped bodies, etc. The ball check valve disc is a rubber covered ball, so it is called a ball type check valve. So let’s finger out how the ball type check valve works? 

The working principle of the ball type check valve is mainly to use the rubber ball to roll up and down in a short stroke inside the valve body to realize the opening and closing of the ball check valve. When the water pump starts working, the water raise up the rubber ball under the pressure, so that the rubber ball rolls to the right side. It is fixed by the cone in the rear valve body, the ball check valve opens; when the water pump stops working, due to the flowing back water pressure in the pipeline system, the rubber ball is forced to roll back to the front valve body to close the ball check valve.
