The maintenance for swing check valve…

Swing check valve is one automatic industrial valve which is widely used in various industrial pipe lines to prevent the back flow of the medium. during the storage and transport of the check valves, what should we do to prevent the swing check valve from damage:

1. the swing check valve should be stored in a dry and ventilated room to prevent moisture, rain and rust; 
2. When storing and transporting, the opening and closing part of the swing check valve should be in the closed state, and the following work should be done at the same time: 

2.1. the disc of the swing check valve should be fixed in the open position. 

2.2. the inner openings at both ends of the diameter should be blocked with foam boards, and the ports must be plugged with stuffy cover to prevent dust and rust, and keep the channel clean and the end surface flat; 

2.3. the swing check valve should be placed smoothly, and should not be squeezed against each other; 

3. the swing check valve should be checked regularly when it is stored for a long time. Every three months, check the dirt and rust on the two passages, the sealing surface, and check the protection status of the welding joint. After wiping the dirt and rust, repaint the anti rust oil for protection.
